This workshop explores different decision-making processes and reactions in terms of stress, to help participants explore their own attitudes and ethics around safeguarding vulnerable adults and children. Participants will get to explore their own understanding of their ethical and legal responsibilities against their own world view.
Bio:
Before completing her training as a counsellor Sarah has been both an Independent Mental Health Advocate and Safeguarding Triage Officer for emergency service. She uses these experiences of advocating for therapeutic risk-taking and being a Safeguarding reporter to help participants explore potential safeguarding scenarios.
Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation of a webinar by the facilitators, we will endeavour to inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such an event, all course fees paid will be reimbursed in full. In the event that dates have to be changed by the facilitators, participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient. Should you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact the admin team.
Refunds:
Webinar spaces are limited so refunds will only be made if a written notification is received more than four weeks before the workshop date. Send written notification of cancellation via email to admin@kaemotherapy.com. For bookings cancelled four weeks or less before the event, no refund will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the webinar facilitators. No refund will be made for non-attendance.
