Kimberly-Anne Evans

Director

Director Kimberly-Anne Evans is a Person-Centred Psychotherapist, Research Supervisor and Coach.

She started Kaemotherapy in 2020 after her BACP research presentation, which sparked a demand for anti-racist training in therapeutic settings.

She now leads a team of consultants and workshop facilitators here at Kaemotherapy. She is also an experienced Public Speaking Coach, supporting therapists to find their voice.

Jaidon-Rhys Williams-Silvera

Head of Finance Operations

Jaidon is the Finance Director for Kaemotherapy, managing the company's invoices and accounts. Within Jaidon's educational history, he has studied Economics, Finance, Business Studies and is AAT Level 3 qualified in Accounting.

Often doubling as a consultant, he works closely with the Founder-Director to strategise towards healthy financial growth and sustainability. Jaidon is also responsible for the visual media produced by Kaemotherapy.

Josh MacNab

Facilitator

Josh is a Mental Health Specialist, Counsellor (with Black Minds Matter UK, Roots Counselling) and Counselling Tutor (Reaching Solutions PCT), whose aim and passion in life is to help others in working towards being the best version of themselves. His years as a counsellor and tutor are channelled into his effective therapeutic practice, and he feels that it is a privilege to share these experiences and knowledge in workshops with Kaemotherapy.

Ruth Abban

Facilitator

Ruth is an Integrative Psychotherapist who works with young people and adults via an intersectional and intercultural lens.

Ruth's areas of specialism include Adultification Bias, Racial Identity, and Racial Trauma. She has experience working as a Clinical Manager in a counselling organisation and provides consultancy for organisations in the area of Racial Equity.

Ruth is a warm and dynamic speaker and is the Facilitator for the Race in Therapy workshops at Kaemotherapy.
